How long would it take for the marks/spots of the squeezed blackheads to go away?

I just had my blackheads squeezed out but as a result, but the spots where the blackheads were squeezed are all red now. I have really sensitive skin, how long would it take for the marks to disappear? I applied the antibiotic gel (clindamycin), how long would it take for my face to be normal again?How long would it take for the marks/spots of the squeezed blackheads to go away?
From experience, squeezing a blackhead spot which result in redness in skin will take 1 day as a maximum to disappear.
