I have VERY sensitive skin. Anything I use on my face has to be prescription. Blackheads are microscopic on my face, but it would still be nice to know that they are not there. They hide in creases on my face. For Example, the crease of the chin, side of the nose, etc.

Wash the face or wipe with tissue frequently to reduce oiliness.
Do not apply oily face creamms
Apply OTC creams containing Benzoyl peroxide or if they fail special drugs like RETIN A, AVITA
Any drug may have to be applied for at least one month to get good results
In your case the simplest drugs may be effective.
Do not remove the black heads wth the finger nails.
