Okay so I have blackheads on my T-Zone ( nose, chin, forehead ) but they are really tiny and some are a little bigger. They are only on my forehead a little above my nose and on my chin and nose. What's the best way to get rid of them? I know squeezing them gets rid of them but it can also scar your skin and I have really fragile and pale skin! What Is The Best Way To Deal With Blackheads?
wash your face and leave them alone, you may be able to see them close up in the mirror but other people can barely notice them. other then that see a dermatologist they can give you some helpful soaps to use to wash your face or they give you some cream(s) to put on your face after you wash your face. Also if your have a delicate complexion i wouldn't recommend the strips, they can rip off a layer of your skin sometimes which causes massive amounts of redness. What Is The Best Way To Deal With Blackheads?
I also suffer from blackheads and your right....squeezing them is bad! Just leave them alone and don't touch them. There is no way to permanently get rid of them but you can minimize them. Use acne cleanses and scrubs, most of them cover the blackhead area. I'd prescribe proactiv, skin-ID, or clean%26amp;clear products. Also take hot showers. The steam opens up your pores and its very good for them. One cause you may be getting them is if you touch your face a lot. Even if you wipe the sweat of your forehead or rest your head ont your hand at school, all the grease from your hand rubs on your skin and overwhelms your pores.
Hot shower, to open your pores.
Use a skin cleansers. Leave it for about 20 minutes.
Wash off wish hot water. And then wash your face with cold water to close up the pores to stop more dirt from entering.
You'll have to do this everyday. Maybe even twice if you wanted.
Ewwww don't squeeze!
Get Clean and Clear Blackhead Cleansing Pads.
They're in a little blue round tub thing and you can get them at Wal-Mart. They really work!
Good luck!
