I use Clean %26amp; Clear Blackhead Cleanser. It gets most the blackheads out if you use it in the shower. Its about $5 a bottle, but its worth it.

wash your face, than put achool, than put toothpaste.
ok i know your a guy and you wont like this answer but my hubby uses it and it works fast. Avon sells a blackhead remover and it keeps you from gettin them too. Avons not just for woman anymore its got lots of guy stuff in it too. I sell it so I know ;-( look online at avon.com or look in phone book for someone near you and they might have it on hand. Works great and fast. Good luck
i had terrible acne i used the pro-activ they advertise on tv, it really worked for me.
Chemical Peel. Followed by a good skin care regimen, like Skinlogics or All Clear.
Put your head over a bowl of steaming water. Then SQUEEZE them.
I know it's not the greatest way....but it's the fastest and cheapest! Squeeze the dirt out!
