What is something that helps get rid of/prevent blackheads?

I have a few on my nose and chin and I want something to get rid of them because they usually turn into a small pimple.What is something that helps get rid of/prevent blackheads?
Clearasil Blackhead Control is GREAT!!!I used it forever and it worked wonders....I get it at Wal-Mart for about $5.00-$6.00....It is amazing....Good luck with the blackheads!!=)
