If over the counter products aren't working for black heads, the best treatment is Retinoids. It will help unplug blocked pores and reduce any inflammation. Retinoid preparations are available on prescription.Whats the best way of getting rid of Blackheads?

I don't think there is any kind of soap but you can get face wash and the above.

Hope I helped xx
Half fill a saucepan with water and boil it on your cooker. Put the lid on it and let them steam build up. Hold your head over the saucepan (about a foot above it) and the lift the lid off and hold your head in the steam for about 2minutes.

Then crush up at few paracetamol pain killers and mix them with a little bit of water to form a paste, then apply it to wherever the blackheads are. Leave it on for about an hour and then wash it off.
To help get rid of blackheads use biore pore strips and when you can't afford them or they run out use a loofa sponge (you can make small facial ones buy cutting a large loofa sponge in half vertically and horizontally till you end up with four pieces. Remember when the sponges are no longer rough they are useless for rubbing off blackheads.

The best brand to get rid of acne is an expensive brand as far as I know. There are natural alternatives however. Avoid letting your face touching a certain fabric. Keep your diet balanced. There are natural creams which you can find in stores or markets depending on where you live. I can tell you more specifically what type of creams but it would cost you as good advice is valuable. There is also a kind of juice that helps.
Yes, there are many ways that you can get rid of them. Go to a drug store and look for special blackhead treatments in a form of washing soaps, pilings, creams and toners. I think the clean %26amp; clear toner is the best and a garnier washing soap. It would also be a good idea to go to a beauty salon once 2/3 months for a deep cleaning treatment. Your blackheads will dissapear within 6 months or less.

Hope that helps;)

Just dab some pure lemon juice onto a tissue, wipe it gently round the blackheads every night before retiring. Good luck.
The Only Thing That Works For Me Is ... Putting A Blackhead Clearing Face Wash/Scrub On... Then Going Over The Parts Of My Face Where The Blackheads Are With An Electric Tooth Brush..... Works Like A Charm....
do exfoliation, helps to clean the skin. a professional look!
